This year the Miss Teen Canada Blog Network launched its new video upload button and editors, which can broadcast our user generated media in 75 players across Canada!

To test out the features, all of us delegates were given the pilot project called “Skyline.”

Through all our video projecst, we can demonstrate our creativity, reach and youth marketing efficiency. For Skyline, the objective is to introduce ourselves to the network, and show viewers our kingdom at the same time.

Making the Video

A photo that I took of the view from the other side of the Vancouver Harbour!

The project required us to find a location and pinpoint attractions which will “amaze viewers.” Since I live in Vancouver, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, I did have some trouble picking the location where I wanted to shoot my video. In the end, since Vancouver is one of the largest cities in Western Canada, I chose to film at Canada Place, the national landmark with its iconic white sails that welcomes local residents, visitors & ships to the West Coast, located in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown harbourfront. At this location, people can see the many unique features of Vancouver – the shore, mountains, skyscraper buildings, and the white sails of the landmark!
